Engagements

Internal Operations Portal

Give one staff workflow a clearer home for the work, its status, and the people who need to act on it.

What the work covers

One staff workflow and the people who use or approve it.

The roles, access, statuses, and approvals needed for that workflow.

A comparison of existing tools before committing to a custom build.

How we work through it

  1. Follow the current workflow and identify where work, decisions, or updates get lost.

  2. Compare suitable existing tools with a custom portal and agree the approach.

  3. Configure or build the agreed workflow, then check it with the people who use it.

Questions you may have

Do we need a custom portal?

We consider existing tools first. A custom portal is an option when the workflow needs justify it.

Can this replace our whole ERP?

This engagement covers one staff workflow. Replacing an entire ERP or redesigning all company operations would require a separate scope.

Can different people have different access and approvals?

Yes. We agree the roles, access, statuses, and approval steps required for the selected workflow before building or configuring it.
